Returns
Due to the nature of skincare products, returns are not accepted once the product has been opened or used.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are processed only in cases of:

- Incorrect items delivered
Refund Process
Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
